Located at Jane Street and Highway 7 in Vaughan, the site’s owner chose Plazacorp to be his Joint Venture partner to develop a 35-storey, 570-unit residential condominium tower above three levels of underground parking containing 616 parking spaces. The development will also include 62 townhouses. The project is under construction, 98% sold and will be completed in December 2019.
One Yorkville
Located at the corner of Yonge and Yorkville, this site was assembled by a Toronto real estate developer who chose to partner with Plazacorp to develop a 58-storey, 564-unit residential condominium. The project includes one level of retail and five levels of underground parking. The project is under construction, 95% sold and will be completed in February 2020.
Nahani
Located on Hurontario near Eglinton, the site’s owner chose Plazacorp to be his Joint Venture partner to develop it into a 36-storey, 402-unit condominium tower. The project is under construction, 99% sold and will be completed in 2021.
Holly-Dunfield
Presently a parking lot just east of Yonge & Eglinton, the site’s owner chose Plazacorp to be his Joint Venture partner to develop two condominium towers and nine townhomes. The towers will have a combined 63 storeys and 560 residential units. The project is zoned and 80% sold, with construction set to begin in January 2019, with completion expected in 2022.
Future Projects
Bijou
Located at the intersection of Bloor and Riverview, the site’s owner chose Plazacorp to be his Joint Venture Partner to develop a 12-storey, 195-unit residential condominium tower above 52,000 sf of retail. The retail will be retained by the land owner. This project is in the final stages of rezoning, with a sales program set to begin in Spring 2019. Construction is expected to be complete in 2023.
