The demolition program for West Harbour City is also yielding huge
environmental rewards: having selected Pro Green Demolition, a firm noted

"harvesting" all the steel beams that were in the original Molson Brewery
building for re-use. "It's a win win win situation" says Nestor Repetski, of

more care and time to remove the steel so that it can be re-used, but that
cost cost is partially offset by the fact that the steel can be re-sold for

rough fill operations. "I would estimate that upwards of 80% of what is
removed during the demolition process is likely to be re-used in some way in
